Shipping & Returns



To ensure delivery before Christmas Day please make sure you place your order before the 12th of December. Please email if you have any further questions. 

All Tilly Jewellery pieces are hand made to order, please allow up to 7-14 days from your order date to dispatch. Should you require your piece earlier please email me at as I do have some pieces in stock!

Australian customers 

$5 shipping for all orders within Australia. We recommend your shipping address be somewhere secure where you are able to receive packages safely between 9am-5pm. We take no responsibility for any packages lost or damaged in transit. 

International customers

We ship to all international addresses via Aust Post Pack and Track. Cost $15 AUD. Please note all international sales are final and not returnable.



Tilly Jewellery offers a refund via PayPal, a credit note, or an exchange on all full priced items excluding earring (due to hygiene). There is no refund or exchange on sale items. There are no refunds on orders shipped outside Australia.

All items must be returned within 10 days of the date of dispatch. Items received after this period will not be accepted.

Please email and advise of your return. The postal address to return the item will  then be sent to you. 

Returns will only be accepted provided the item is not worn or altered and is in its original packaging. All returned items will be received and inspected before the return is accepted and processed.

We recommend you return your item via Aust Post (Express post or Regular post with tracking).  We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.  Postage costs for return items are the returner’s responsibility.
